The pilot of a single-engine plane that crashed in Indiana in March is being sued by a passenger who says he suffered physical and emotional injuries in the accident, according to a report in the Greene County Daily World. The plane, piloted by Brent Sears, missed the runway while attempting to land and crashed about a quarter-mile away. The accident is being investigated.
Passenger Stephen Sutton’s lawsuit alleges that the pilot is liable for damages including medical expenses, lost wages and emotional suffering.
