Nicollette received her J.D. from UIC-John Marshall Law School. In her previous experience, she worked in New York City for a local government agency focusing on civil service labor and employment matters. From formal discipline to employment discrimination cases, Nicollette witnessed the unique challenges facing civil servants today. This experience sparked her passion for labor and employment law and also resonated with her Chicago roots.
Growing up in a union family, Nicollette saw first-hand the hard work and commitment to public service that her father and uncles demonstrated. She understands the importance of a protected workplace for all workers and is dedicated to defending their rights.
