NFL receiver Donte’ Stallworth and his girlfriend were injured recently when a hot-air balloon crashed into power lines in South Miami-Dade. A third person who was in the balloon was not hurt.
Stallworth was hospitalized with serious burns but is not expected to suffer any permanent damage. The 10-year NFL veteran free agent last played for the New England Patriots who recently expressed interest in re-signing him.
