Today Attorney Larry Disparti announced his law firm, the Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, will be suing attackers of CTA workers in response to the latest and on-going violent crime in our community.
With nearly 400 reported attacks and assaults on Chicago Transit Authority workers this year, the Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers will begin suing those responsible on behalf of the individuals attacked. While prosecutors may or may not press charges, Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers will sue the attacker civilly, force them into court to face justice for the injuries they caused, and to pay medical bills, lost wages, and other associated costs to the victims.
